SynchronyHR’s Bryan Buesking Named a “Top 100 St. Louisans You Should Know to Succeed in Business”

Established in 1988, Small Business Monthly provides opportunities to network with privately-owned companies throughout the St. Louis Metro area, while also bringing business tips, strategies, and analysis to business leaders. Buesking, along with other award winners, were nominated by a group of community leaders and selected by judges based on their contributions to area businesses and the overall business community.

A native of St. Louis, Buesking has spent countless years networking with fellow community members. This love of networking would eventually lead him to SynchronyHR in 2019, where he assisted the growing organization in building new, meaningful relationships across the St. Louis area. Now, as VP of Sales at SynchronyHR, Buesking currently oversees the growth of the organization’s team of Business Development Managers, while also fostering relationships with local broker and referral partners.

However, his expanding responsibilities within SynchronyHR has not stopped him from his continued networking. Buesking takes great pride in actively meeting with business owners throughout the St. Louis area, discussing everything from personal stories to the origin of the business. Many of these connections have gone on to utilize SynchronyHR’s human resources outsourcing (HRO) professionals and technology to remove challenges and grow their businesses.

"I am extremely honored to be named to the Top 100 people to know by St. Louis SBM," said Buesking. "I am very proud of the work I have done in this St. Louis community, and will continue to do my part to share the stories of great STL leaders."

When he’s not networking with or assisting business owners, or their potential advisors, Buesking is celebrating their stories on his podcast STL Leaders.

An official event for the awardees will take place May 3, 2022 from 11AM-1PM CT at the St. Charles Convention Center.
