SynchronyHR, a human resources outsourcing (HRO) firm headquartered in St. Louis, MO, has promoted Alison (Ali) Sparks to Director of Finance.
Advancing from her previous role of Finance Manager, Sparks’ objective in this new role is the strategic management of SynchronyHR’s long-term financial growth. To achieve this goal, she will be overseeing all accounting operations, establishing profit-generating strategies, working with the organization’s leadership team to create financial efficiencies, and more.
