SynchronyHR, a human resources outsourcing (HRO) firm headquartered in St. Louis, MO, has promoted longtime employee Peggy Manuel to Director of Human Resources and Risk Management.
A key player in SynchronyHR’s origins, Ms. Manuel has since led various Operational teams through key changes, poised the organization for greater efficiencies, and developed best practices by providing clients with expert guidance and consultation. As SynchronyHR continues to grow and expand, Ms. Manuel will now concentrate her efforts to further develop and expand upon key organizational initiatives in the areas of human resources and risk management.
As the Director of Human Resources and Risk Management, Ms. Manuel will coordinate the day-to-day administration, service delivery, legal compliance, reporting, and policies of both SynchronyHR’s human resource products and services and workers’ compensation/risk management programs.

Ms. Manuel brings over ten years of experience in the human resources outsourcing (HRO)/professional employer organization (PEO) industry to SynchronyHR, and over 30 years of experience in human resources management and workers’ compensation. She is also a member of the Society of Human Resource Management (SHRM).
