As a member of the Business Development team, Boerigter will be working with business owners, and their potential advisors, across the Kansas City metropolitan area to identify challenges that may be negatively impacting their growth and success. By introducing SynchronyHR’s HRO services, which include support with employment law and the administration of payroll and employee benefits, to their organizations, Boerigter can help remove these challenges and shift the focus from administrative troubles to business growth and development.
