The new relationship with Anthem Blue Cross Blue Shield of Colorado, together with SynchronyHR's existing HRO products and services, further expands the options available to incoming Colorado-based clients. The employee benefits plans being offered will focus on market-driven products, including a suite of traditional and high deductible health plans. Client employees can also create a tax-free flexible spending accounts, or a qualified health savings account (HSA) to help pay for qualified health expenses should they arise, and gain access to Anthem’s Total Health Connections (an integrated healthcare experience) and other programs.
