As part of the continued development of their employee benefits services, SynchronyHR, a human resources outsourcing (HRO) firm headquartered in St. Louis, MO, has recently introduced Katrina Wilson as Director of Benefits Operations.
In her new role within the organization’s Employee Benefits department, Ms. Wilson will cultivate and oversee a team dedicated to a high-quality client experience. Key to this initiative is the continued development and administration of the organization’s benefits administration services, in which Ms. Wilson’s team assists clients in benefit plan administration and enrollment support, section 125 plan administration, HSA administration and enrollment support, and more.

Ms. Wilson brings over 25 years of experience in the employee benefits field, which includes roles as a front line operations representative, project and systems expert, and
benefits manager. She also has experience in the implementation of health and welfare plans, products, and ecosystems.
