Elise “Lecie” Steinbaum is a Certified Public Accountant with strong ties to the employee benefits industry. Under the leadership of Lecie and her team of Managing Partners, SynchronyHR has continued to grow throughout the Midwest.

Dorothy Miraglia King | SPHR, SHRM-SCP, GBA has over thirty years of employee benefits administration and human resource experience, and is a licensed insurance agent in addition to attaining both her Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR) certification and SHRM Senior Certified Professional.

A St. Louis native and seasoned professional in the HR outsourcing space, Bryan takes great pride in connecting with business owners and leaders. In his role, he oversees the development of SynchronyHR’s growing team of Business Development Managers.

Leo brings over 15 years’ experience in the PEO industry to his role, with a demonstrated record of building and improving infrastructure. In his role, he is optimizing the performance of SynchronyHR’s payroll and technology operations in a client-centric fashion.

Katrina currently cultivates and oversees a team dedicated to a high-quality client experience, specifically the continued development and administration of SyncronyHR's benefits administration services. She brings over 25 years of experience in the employee benefits field to her role.

Peggy brings over ten years of experience in the human resources outsourcing (HRO) industry to SynchronyHR, and over 30 years of experience in human resources management and workers’ compensation. In her current role, Peggy develops and expands upon key organizational initiatives in the areas of human resources and risk management.
